Elizabeth has been self-employed since 1998 as a Leadership/Team Development Coach and Consultant. She has a passionate desire to enlighten individuals of their awesome responsibility to walk in leadership. She is a magnetic presenter; captivating the audience and stimulating action for positive change. Elizabeth has been successful in partnering with organizations and individuals to facilitate cultural change, acquire next-level leadership skills and to develop a champion attitude.
Elizabeth has 25+ years experience in corporate America. Previous positions held include HR Manager, Team Developer & Trainer, SE Regional Credit & Collections, Billing and Customer Service Manager of a GE Capital Business. Education background: HR Management, Logos Christian College; Training and HR Development Certification Program, University of GA; Fundamentals of Human Resource Management, American Management Association (AMA); How to Train Adults, AMA; Training the Trainer, AMA. Business Startup: God’s People Ministry, Inc. (501c3).
Business Clients include the State of Georgia Department of Voc. Rehab, AMEN, Inc., Coldwell Banker RMR, Eastern Star Fellowship, and Hilton Hotels; a host of Churches and Executive Coaching Clients.
Elizabeth and her husband, Jerome, have been married for 28 years and currently reside in Lawrenceville, GA. Jerome and Elizabeth are the thankful parents of four children. Their two adult children are Tamika and Felicia. Jessica Elizabeth is a recent graduate of Emory University and Jerome Jr. is a sophomore at Georgia State University.
